We are not sure why this particular floating pipeline float did not stop at the floating line, but it may have been a bit of a risk.
A reader pointed out that the floating pipe was a piece of the PGE’s floating pipeline system, and that this floating pipe did not connect to the floating pipeline at all.
The floating pipe also did not appear to be connected to the piping, so it is possible that this float could have been pulled away.
It would be good to see an official explanation for the floating float.
If you have any other floating pipe floats that you would like to share, we would love to hear from you.
